The Children's Trust is a dedicated source of revenue established by voter referendum to improve the lives of the children and families in Miami-Dade County by making strategic investments in their future.
2024 YAC Recruitment Video
The Children's Trust Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) is looking for the next generation of leaders. YAC serves as the youth voice of The Children’s Trust, and with the upcoming school year around the corner, registration is open for high school students in grades 9-12 across Miami-Dade County. YAC is a leadership development program focusing on service and advocacy, especially for children and families. In addition to regular meetings, students in YAC will develop and execute service-learning projects and have an opportunity to attend a college tour while traveling to the capitol in Tallahassee and meet with legislators to experience the political process first-hand. The interview are so very touching i pray that if my house was bigger i would try to get maybe 2- or 3 i will keep praying until GOD change things.
I just think there's a better way to communicate the safety risk of not using protection (har har) than spotlighting a teenager's urge to use an aggressive suicide and tying it into seatbelts. (sorry for three messages. Character limits!)
I spent a lot of ttime trying to figure out why it was talking about the viewer's mother. Then I was trying to figure out how you were going to not buckle your seatbelt if she said you couldn't take the car. Then I was trying to figure out why there were brains and spines flying around my screen (albeit, very well made brains and spines).
